Experts in the art of ninjutsu, and each with a signature weapon, Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael, and Michelangelo are a band of pizza-loving brothers like no other. As four baby turtles exposed to ‘mutagenic ooze’, they were transformed into crime-fighting superheroes. Guided by their sensei, a rat named Splinter, their mission to end villainy is never more resolute than when battling archenemy Oroku Saki, known as the Shredder.

This coin celebrates 40 years of adventures in comic books, animated series, movies and computer games.

Struck by The Perth Mint from 1oz of 99.99% pure silver, the coin is issued as legal tender under the authority of the Government of Tuvalu.

The Perth Mint will release no more than 1,000 of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 40th Anniversary 2024 1oz Silver Coin in Card from a total mintage of 25,000.

DESIGN

The coin’s reverse portrays the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles busting through a brick wall with city buildings in the background. The design includes the official ‘40 YEARS OF TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES’ anniversary logo, and The Perth Mint’s ‘P’ mintmark.

The obverse portrays the Jody Clark effigy of His Majesty King Charles III, and the coin’s weight, purity, monetary denomination, and 2024-year date.

PRESENTATION

Each coin is presented in a special Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 40th Anniversary branded card which features a fold-out stand for upright display.
