Shipping & Returns
Shipping within Australia is Free. This includes full tracking and signature on delivery of any item sent via Parcel Post. If your item is sent via Letter then there is no tracking or signature on delivery unless requested.
Shipping anywhere in the world outside Australia is currently through FedEx Priority International Service and you can contact us for a quote, or one should be provided at checkout depending on your address. We pay FedEx to provide you with full tracking and signature on delivery.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Our aim is customer satisfaction. Please contact us so that we can resolve any issues or items that are not meeting your expectations. Most items can be returned within 7 days. They must be in original packaging and condition. Return postage is at the customer's cost.
