Spend $120 or more and receive free shipping - including full tracking and signature on delivery for Parcel Post, or tracking for letter post.
Orders under $120 ship for a flat rate of $9.95.

International Orders

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Shipping is calculated at checkout, depending on the shipping address, with the following options:

International Shipping - via AusPost
FedEx Priority International.

Both options include full tracking and signature on delivery. FedEx delivery is faster with a reduced transit time.

Returns

Our aim is customer satisfaction. Please contact us so that we can resolve any issues or items that are not meeting your expectations. Most items can be returned within 7 days. They must be in original packaging and condition. Return postage is at the customer's cost.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
